Meet the Team
Josh & Megan Franzen
Founders / Owners
We founded JW Services in 2003 and have worked hard to grow our business into the gem it is today. With some grit, integrity, and a lot of hard work, we have become a worthy excavating contractor in Northeast Wyoming. Years ago, we recognized the value of great employees, and today they are the most important part of what we do. We are proud of our company, our services, and our team.
Josh Franzen serves as the President of JW Services and has nearly 20 years of experience in the excavation business. Josh is laser-focused on customer satisfaction and strives to make sure that he wouldn't ask his team to do anything he wouldn't do himself.
Megan Franzen has an MBA and serves as the Executive Director. She has over 15 years of experience in management and operations. Her goal is continued performance improvement, systems integration, and appreciable company culture.
When we aren't playing in the dirt, you will find us spending time with our kids or enjoying the great outdoors.
